EMT Intermediate : $6.00 each or 3 for $15.00 ($5.00 each when ordering 3 or more)
EMT Paramedic: $6.00 each or 3 for $15.00 ($5.00 each when ordering 3 or more)
If an individual has received certification as a EMT Intermediate Technician (Old Basic IV) or for EMT Defibrillation you would need an EMT Basic emblem embroidered with the individual license number and an Inter. Tech/ Defib. Rocker which would be placed above the Basic patch. Please note the rockers are purchased individuallly as they are separate patches. When ordering please make sure to let us know if the basic patch is needed in addition to the rocker.
* Please note that as of March 2006 the Basic IV rocker has been replaced with the Intermediate Technician Rocker. Certification is the same only the name has changed.
Intermediate Technician & Defibrillation Rockers: $2.75 each or 3 for $6.00 ($2.00 when ordering 3 or more)
*Also in order to avoid confusion when ordering please indicate an intermediate patch by it's full name. EMT-I is short for EMT Basic.
* WE DO NOT REQUIRE A COPY OF YOUR WISCONSIN STATE LICENSE. WE HAVE ACCESS TO A LISTING FROM THE WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO VERIFY ALL EMT ORDERS.
FIREFIGHTER PATCHES
The following is a list of all of the Firefighter Certification Patches that we have available to our customers. License numbers are embroidered directly onto the patches in our office.

All state fire patches are $6.00 each or 3 for $15.00 ($5.00 each when ordering 3 or more)
* Under most circumstances we no longer require copies of fire training certificates. We are able to verify them online via Wisconsin Fire Service Training. In the event that we are unable to verify an individuals certificate we may request copies of fire training certificates prior to processing an order.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed via mail, fax, phone or email. When placing an order via email, mail or fax please be sure to include the license number as to appear on the patch, billing information & shipping information. Please also include a phone number. Orders will not be processed without a credit card number including expiration date and a current phone number. We must receive payment at the time of the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We can also mail or fax order forms which can be returned with any form of payment if preferred.
Patches will generally take about 2-3 weeks.
DEPARTMENT BILLINGS
Patch orders can be charged to departments with approval from the department such as a purchase order or approved credit with Schenk-Huegel Co.
